Abstract
Building a successful mentoring network is a key strategy for thriving in graduate school both personally and professionally. This chapter lays out the who, what, where, when, how, and whys of building your own network. This manuscript is part of Strategies for Navigating Graduate School and Beyond, a forthcoming volume for those interested in pursuing graduate education in political science (Fall 2022 publication).
