Abstract

This project is aimed at better understanding some of the determinants of healthy and unhealthy conversations in the Queen's University community. It will use an online questionnaire and follow up focus groups, with a view to offering tangible suggestions for improving campus discourse. Supported by the Centre for Teaching and Learning, it will use the data collected to create new resources for teachers, including workshops and toolkits to help navigate difficult conversations on campus.
